Finding warm mittens is a challenge in North Dakota, and for years I've worn bulky, black snowboarder's mitts because they keep my hands warm while driving. This winter I tried a pair of Solmate's fleece-lined mittens and was happily surprised at how warm my hands were. A leather palm would be great (I have to grip the wheel harder), but for brief drives into town they're fine. Lots of compliments, of course, even from the menfolk. I'm very pleased.
