How do you size your socks?
Adult Socks (in US Shoe Size):
Small = Women's 6 - 8, Men's 5 - 7, Medium = Women's 8 - 10, Men's 7 - 9, Large = Women's 10 - 12, Men's 9 - 11, XL = Women's 12+, Men's 11 - 14
Kids Socks (in US Shoe Size):
Small = 5T-11 Kids (Age 3-5), Medium = 12 Kids - 5 Youth (Age 6-8), Large = 6 Youth - 5 Adult (Age 9-11)
X-Small = 0-6 months, Small = 6-12 months, Medium = 12-24 months
I'm right in the middle of two sizes; what size socks should I order?
Our socks will shrink a bit, but they also stretch. So if you like your socks to fit snug, then opt for the smaller size and if you don't like socks to fit snug then opt for the larger size.
How soon should I expect my order?
Orders ship within 2 to 3 business days. You will receive an e-mail with the tracking number when your order is processed.
What types of payment do you accept?
For online orders we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. If you would like to pay by cash or check you'll need to contact our office during business hours to place your order and for instructions on how to send your payment in. Please note that if you want to pay by check we will need to wait until your check clears our bank before we ship the order.
Do you ship internationally?
Of course we do! During checkout, simply put in the proper shipping address and our shopping cart will calculate the shipping costs to get your order to you. Please note that we do not mark up international shipping costs at all - It really is just that expensive! :(
What is your return policy?
We want you to feel confident buying from us and LOVE our products, so our return policy is simple: If a pair of socks doesn't fit quite right, you can always exchange them for a different size. If you received the socks as a gift and don't have a gift receipt, you can exchange them or return them for store credit. Sock Clubs cancelled part way through the membership period will be refunded to the gift-giver in the remaining amount within 90 days. Refunds will not be given without proof of purchase. To make the return, simply fill out the return form on the back of your order sheet and send back with your return. If you no longer have the return form, you can print out a new one HERE.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Typically, yes. However, if it is a manufacturing defect, you will be emailed a printable shipping label during the return process.

How do I wash my socks?
All of our socks are machine washable and dryable. We recommend washing in cold or warm water. Socks will shrink a little in their first washing; however, they are knit on the larger size to accommodate this and do stretch out once worn again.
Do you sell adult socks as a pair with a spare?
Sadly, no. We did try it, but it turns out that we couldn't find enough three-legged adults to buy our pair with a spare socks. So we're leaving the three-socks-to-a-pair-fun to the kids for now.
What happened to your wool socks?
We're sad to see them go, but we have officially run out of our Merino Wool Socks and we have no plans to knit any more in the near future. Our cotton socks (knit with recycled cotton) are wildly popular and the preferred mismatched sock of choice for Solmate Socks fans.
